Not only did Jesus rise from the dead, but he had promised it ahead of time…and he kept that promise.<\/p>\n
The past few months, God has been working in my life like never before. I’ve been a Christian since I was a child, grown up in church, been hurt by a church, left the church, fumbled around and strayed, come back to church, left, been angry at God for my babies, and on and on. Did God ever leave me? <\/p>\n
Nope.<\/p>\n
But I’m finally in a church body that really has helped me open myself to the Holy Spirit’s voice again, something I’ve ignored for so long. I’m finally trusting in God for miracles, and seeing them happen. And I’m finally understanding what the resurrection power of Jesus Christ means! <\/p>\n
He is risen.<\/b><\/p>\n

My God can do anything, he literally died and came back to life.<\/b><\/p>\n
Easter was always “cool” to me before, and “yay Jesus rose from the dead” because that was important for my faith, but I never ever claimed the fact that the same resurrection power we celebrate is ours through Jesus! <\/p>\n

It now means something to me, because I can claim the resurrection power of Jesus Christ. Miracles aren’t just a thing of the past, “a thing for bible times.”<\/p>\n
Jesus is alive and well<\/b>, and if my God has the power to defeat DEATH, then no weapon formed against me shall stand!<\/p>\n
